In spite of what you are thinking, my dear reader, at this moment I’m on the beach, sunbathing, enjoying the summer and the holiday paid for by the dividends of this book. On the other hand, you’re reading and making a great effort in order to develop your intelligence, your knowledge and your literary culture.
